Film producer and Miramax co-founder Harvey Weinstein is accused of sexual abuse allegations and expelled from the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
Damien Chazelle’s La La Land is mistakenly announced as Best Picture at the Oscas. The award eventually goes to Barry Jenkins’ Moonlight.

The 90th Academy Awards is held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
